Have you ever been the only one who believed in something?  Well, this is what happens in this story when a little boy and his dog are the only ones who believe it is going to snow despite the claims otherwise by the weathermen and adults in the town.

You will enjoy the illustrations in this delightful picture book.  This is also a fun story for discussing whether the weathermen are always correct.

But, more importantly, whose voice is not heard in this text as loudly as others?  Does the world really work in this way … adults are heard more loudly than children and should they … what happens when only one person believes in something … how do you maintain your belief without support.

This is a simple book at the initial glance, but it has so much potential for great class discussions.
